What is the minimum charge to hire a person?
We pay our staff a minimum of 4 hours per day for incentive to go to a job.
How much notice do I have to give you to order staff?
Usually two days notice for most workers. However, our tradesmen are usually in demand so please give as much notice as possible
How do I pay?
Most clients have completed our Credit Account forms and have opened accounts with us for ease of administration. For casual clients, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note that all clients must adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
Who supervises the workers?
Our clients are responsible for the supervision unless previously arranged with LEL management.
Who provides the tools?
Our tradesmen supply all their own tools. Our Labourers do not provide the tools; However, we are happy to assist here.
What if a worker is unsuitable?
As rare as it is, should we be notified within the first three hours, we will replace the worker at no charge for the previous worker. Please, commonsense prevails. Any complaints will be handled quickly and efficiently by LEL management.
